Meet the Staff

Administration

donald ask Donald Ask
President/CEO
Donald started at EPA in March of 1987. He acquired ownership in 2006 EPA Audio Visual. As president,
Donald oversees business operations and office administration.



rik roberts Rik Roberts
Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Rik started with EPA in March of 1989 as a member of our sales department. Part owner, Rik manages
the sales staff and marketing departments.



sherry trimbleSherry Trimble
Vice President/General Manager
Sherry joined EPA in September of 1984. She manages our office staff, as well as processes purchase
orders and bids and manages accounts payable.



bob witschenBob Witschen
Executive Vice President of Engineering and Installation
Bob started at EPA in 1988. A part owner, he manages system design, installation and media control
programming. Bob also provides system consultation to clients and the EPA sales staff.



Office Staff

nicky brustuen Nicky Brustuen
Accounting Manager
Nicky joined EPA in September of 2012. She handles the accounting functions, including invoicing,
receivables to general ledger and processing vendor invoices.



beth dossantosBeth Dossantos
Marketing Manager
Beth started at EPA in January of 2015. She is responsible for creating marketing and sales materials,
website maintenance, and social media strategies as well as assisting with quotes and proposals.



beth evensonBeth Evenson
Purchasing Manager
Beth started with EPA in August of 1981. She prepares and processes vendor purchase orders and monitors
shipment status. She also coordinates shipment of backorders once products are received.



jessica hanson Jessica Hanson
Administrative Assistant
Jessica joined EPA in November of 2015. She works with our sales staff, preparing customer price quotes and
project proposals. She is also responsible for mail handling and assists with accounting and ordering.



cindy o'donnellCindy O'Donnell
Administrative Assistant
Cindy started at EPA in April of 2013. She coordinates the installation department's scheduling as well as
processes parts orders and invoices, handles shipping claims and performs other miscellaneous office duties.



Sales Representatives

Our sales representatives specialize in equipment sales, system sales and fleet sales. They take extra care in
assuring our customers have the best audio visual system to suit their requirements.

nate elamNathan Elam
Regional Sales Manager
Nate joined EPA's sales staff in 2003. He covers the North Metro and Northern Minnesota territories
as well as North Dakota.



todd hubertyTodd Huberty
Regional Sales Manager
Todd started with our sales team in 2000. His sales territory covers Minneapolis and the Northwest Metro area.




shane kingShane King
Regional Sales Manager
Shane joined our sales staff in July of 2013. His sales territory is comprised of Minneapolis and the
Southwest Metro area.



ken kunkelKen Kunkel
Regional Sales Manager
Ken has been a member of our sales team since July of 1990. His sales region includes portions
of Southern Minnesota and South Dakota.



quentin mcdermidQuentin McDermid
Regional Sales Manager
Quentin started with EPA in March 2009. He serves customers in St. Paul and the surrounding east Metro area.




jay shearerJay Shearer
Regional Sales Manager
Jay joined our sales team in June of 2007. His sales territory includes Wisconsin and portions of
Southern Minnesota.



Design and Engineering

justin dorionJustin Dorion
Designer/Programmer
Justin started with EPA in September of 2002 as an installation technician. He was promoted to project manager
and has since moved into a design engineer/programmer position.



dave gladitschDave Gladitsch
Senior Programmer
Dave joined EPA in November of 1990 as an installer/bench technician. Since 1994, he has been programming
AMX and Crestron control systems, earning his master Crestron Certified Programmer license in 2013.



kevin juliotKevin Juliot
Systems Engineer
Kevin started with EPA in February of 2000 as an installer. He moved to engineering in 2002 where he specializes
in AutoCAD system layout and integration. Kevin also serves as one of our service technicians.



aaron larsonAaron Larson
Programming Manager
Aaron joined EPA in December of 2005. He provides leadership and direction to the programming team. He writes
custom code for AMX and Crestron control systems and designs custom graphics for touch panels and user
interfaces. He is a Crestron Master Certified Programmer (2007) and an AMX ACE Certified Programmer (2008).



matt petersonMatt Peterson
Systems Engineer
Matt started with EPA in December of 2006. He specializes in system design and integration, working with clients
and the sales staff in developing the most functional and cost-effective audio visual solutions for each space.



chad pingle Chad Pingel
Vice President of Engineering and Installation
Chad joined EPA in March of 1998. He provides leadership and direction to the programmers, engineers,
service and installation teams. Chad also works directly with clients and the sales staff to ensure audio visual
expectations and functionality requirements are met.



george walkleyGeorge Walkley
Systems Engineer
George started with EPA in February of 2012. He specializes in system design and integration, working with
clients and our sales staff to design functional and cost-effective audio visual systems.



Installation Team

Our experienced and skilled installation team installs and integrates systems into a wide range of spaces such as
auditoriums; conference, training and board rooms; lecture halls; courtrooms and council chambers; video walls;
and collaboration spaces.

Project Manager
Paul joined EPA's installation team in July 2004. He has since been promoted to project manager where he leads
the installation team on projects, ensuring each system is fully integrated and functions as designed.



Keith JohnsonKeith Johnson
Installation Technician
Keith joined EPA's installation team in 2014 as an apprentice technician. He was promoted to
installation technician in 2017.

Project Manager
Ross joined the EPA installation team in February 2011. Promoted to project manager in 2013, he leads
the installation team on projects to ensure each system is fully integrated and functions as designed.

Project Manager
Doug joined EPA's installation team in May of 2011. He was promoted to project manager in 2013, in which he
leads the installation team on projects, ensuring systems are fully integrated and function as designed.



steve philbrookSteve Philbrook
Project Manager
Steve joined EPA in March of 2012 as part of our installation team. He was promoted to project manager in 2016.




justin venhuizenJustin Venhuizen
Installation Technician
Justin started with EPA in July 2014 as an apprentic technician. He was promoted to an
installation technician in 2017.

Project Manager
Jeff joined EPA's installation team in June of 2002. He has since been promoted to project manager where
he leads the installation team on projects and ensures systems are fully integrated and function as designed.



On-Site Technicians

Our on-site staff provides technical support throughout the clients' campuses. In addition to technical support,
project management is also a key role. The on-site staff ensures construction requirements for the audio visual
systems are met to allow proper and efficient installation and integration.

Bruce began working at EPA in November of 2011. He provides on-site technical support at Target Corporation.

Service Technician
Tom began working at EPA in January of 2012. He provides on-site technical support at Target Corporation.




scott siedlecki Scott Siedlecki
Project Manager
Scott began working at EPA in January of 2004. He provides on-site technical service and handles installations
at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Scott also provides direction for projects throughout the Mayo
campus for EPA's installation staff.


John Sobotta John Sobotta
Technician
John joined EPA as an on-site technician in 2014. He provides on-site installation and technical support at the
Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.



tim zvorakTim Zvorak
Project Manager
Tim joined our installation team in December of 2005. Since 2011, he has worked as an on-site technician at
Target Corporation. Tim also provides direction on projects for the installation staff throughout Target's downtown
Minneapolis offices.


Shipping/Receiving

craig storlien Craig Storlien
Shipping/Receiving and Warehouse Manager
Craig started at EPA in February of 2001. He manages our warehouse, as well as the shipping and receiving.
He also oversees vehicle maintenance and manages the property.

Shipping and Receiving/Warehouse
Jeff joined EPA in January of 2015. He verifies all incoming and outgoing packages and prepares packing slips
for delivery, shipping or installation and assists with warehouse operations.



Service/Repair

eric veldhuizen Eric Veldhuizen
Service Technician
Eric started with EPA in May of 2010. After leaving to advance his education, he returned to EPA full time in
May of 2012. Eric coordinates all aspects of our on-site service and parts department.
