EPA was very strategic in working with the other contractors and making sure our needs were being met as the project (Integrated Science Center) moved forward. The many hours spent up front, working with stakeholders paid off in the end with a project that was on budget and on time. EPA's team of sales, engineering and installation experts was critical in choosing them. We needed a turn-key, integrated solution for learning technology across the entire facility. We feel EPA achieved this with the equipment package and training they delivered.

This year BlueCross BlueShield of MN began a refresh of all our aged audio visual equipment. We upgraded Crestron systems, installed 42 inch monitors in huddle rooms, added RoomView® to all of our schedulable conference rooms, and installed TeamBoards. Quentin McDermid, our sales representative from EPA, coordinated EPA's efforts flawlessly. We are still getting "Thank Yous" from our business associates for adding the collaboration tools they needed.

Your time in working with us goes above and beyond the scope of your job and it is appreciated. Also, your installers have such a good reputation in our district. From our teachers, principals, and custodians, I consistently hear how professional the installers are when they work in our buildings. We have noticed the pride they take in their installations (tight cables, well placed, clean lines, etc.) and the 'just right' tweaks that they do so every detail is covered. Our teachers are very particular with attention to detail in their classrooms. Frequently, they comment with positive feedback of how good the installers were working in their classrooms and that they take the time to show the teachers how to use the system. I work with a number of vendors and am proud to bring you and your team into our schools. I truly appreciate EPA's time and attention.

Working with EPA on our new clinical sciences building was an absolute pleasure. The project manager, Doug, was very thorough, patient, and considerate of time while we worked through the install and any potential issues that arose. He is still involved and easily accessible when needed, and most of all I really appreciated all of the communication and continual status updates. The programmer, Aaron, is one of the most knowledgeable programmers I have ever met. The interface he created for the nursing camera matrix is easy to use, intuitive, and is exactly what we asked for. The entire team that was on site was well mannered, clean, smart, and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I really appreciate everything that EPA has done for us and happily recommend EPA for anyone looking for a quality A/V install.
